Returns Policy

At Arab Kicks, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns on eligible items that are in the same condition as when they were shipped to you, with specific guidelines outlined below. Please read carefully to understand our policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Eligible Items for Return
We accept returns on the following items provided they meet our return criteria:
- New In Box
- Apparel
- Accessories
Return Process
You have 7 days from the date you received your item(s) to request a return.
- To initiate a return, please contact us via chat on the website, e-mail or Instagram
- Once your request is submitted, eligible items will be evaluated upon return.
US Only Return Options
For eligible items, upon submitting a return request, you will be provided with the following options:
- Standard Return for a refund.
- We list the item on your behalf.
- You list the item yourself.
Refund Option
For items returned for a refund:
- Your refund amount will be the item’s total minus shipping costs to and from you, a restocking fee of 15%-20%, and any priority processing fees paid.
We List the Item on Your Behalf
If you prefer us to list your item:
- Once received, we will price and activate your listing. When sold, you will receive the item price minus the shipping costs, restocking fees (5%-20%), and any priority processing fees.
- There will be no commission or seller fees for this service.
If your item does not sell within 60 days, we will initiate a refund directly to your payment method, or you can request a standard refund within the 60-day period.
You List the Item Yourself
If you choose to list the item:
- You will not be charged a commission fee if the item sells within 60 days of being returned. Earnings will be deposited into your account for spending or cashing out.
- If your item remains unsold after 60 days, the standard commission fee will be applied.
Once the item has been reviewed by our specialists, you can price and activate your listing. You may reprice or request the item back at any time.
Evaluation Criteria for Returns
- Return Label & Packing Slip: Items must include the Arab Kicks return label and packing slip.
- Condition: Items must be in the same condition as when shipped, with no damage, original tags, no signs of wear (e.g., creases or sole debris for sneakers), and all original packaging included.
- Shipping Timeline: Items must be shipped within 3 days of receiving the return label.
Evaluation Process: The evaluation may take up to 7 days after receipt, and Arab Kicks reserves the right to make the final decision on all return requests.
International Returns
For eligible international returns, you also have 7 days to request a return. Items will be evaluated upon receipt, following the same criteria as above.
Once approved, we will refund you directly to your payment method for the item price minus shipping and priority processing fees. Credit can be used on future purchases unless otherwise specified by law or policy.
Unapproved Returns
If your return request is not approved:
- For sneakers, you can opt to have the item shipped back at your expense or consigned with Arab Kicks.
- For apparel and accessories, items can be shipped back to you at your expense.
- If you do not respond or pay for return shipping within 14 days, Arab Kicks will activate a consignment listing on your behalf.
For unapproved returns where the item is not the same as the one originally shipped to you, you can either have the item sent back at your expense or disposed of by Arab Kicks.
